The Soft Self Defense form - Sport Hub "At Home Activities" Promotion video
The Soft Self Defense form is suitable for all age groups to practice.
Reminder: if you have any pre-existing health conditions, you should consult with your doctor(s)/physician(s) prior attempting to practice the form.
It is recommended to register a Trial Lesson: (www.kungfuforce.ca/online-trial-lesson.html) prior attempting to practice the Soft Self Defense form.
Practicing the form without proper instructions is at your own risk.
The form takes approximately 3-5 minutes for beginners to finish one round. It will take less time once you understand the concepts of The Soft Self Defense form throughout the Trial Lesson. Kung Fu Force always recommended you to perform any stretching or warm up exercises prior practicing the form.
